Guinness to celebrate International Stout Day with 4-day festival in the Storehouse

THIS. SOUNDS. AMAZING.

The Guinness Storehouse is one of Dublin's most popular tourist spots, which is no small wonder seeing as as it's one of Ireland's most popular drinks.

It's brewed in almost 50 countries worldwide and available in at least 120, and to celebrate its popularity-- and the popularity of stout in general-- the Guinness Storehouse is celebrating World Stout Day with a 4-day festival set to take place this week.

The day itself falls this Thursday, 7th November, but Guinness are taking it a step further by dedicating the end of the week and the entire weekend to the festival, which finishes up on Sunday November 10th.

The Storehouse are inviting people to experience not just the classic pint of the black shtuff, but also experimental stouts and meals which use the rich drink as an ingredient (Check out this unreal-looking Guinness chocolate cake to see how good Guinness-infused food can be!) all accompanied by the sounds of talented Irish bands performing live at the Storehouse.

Your pints, drink samples, entertainment and canapés of Guinness-blackened smoked salmon on seaweed-infused cream cheese served on brown bread (Try saying that five times fast) are all included in your ticket-- which is set at the same price as a normal tour, because they're sound like that.
