TRIPADVISOR HAS revealed the top 25 hotels in Ireland as voted for by users of the website.
The Travellers' Choice Best of the Best Awards 2022 named the best properties around the world, with several Irish destinations making the list.
Top overall locations around the world include Dubai, New Zealand, Cairo and Rio de Janeiro.
However, the popular travel review site also made individual lists 25 hotels to visit in Ireland.
Hotels based in Killarney appeared on the list several times, as did a handful in Dublin and Cork.
The annual awards are based on millions of reviews and ratings, the company says, and covers everything from hotels and restaurants, to activities and beaches. The rankings are drawn from traveller reviews and ratings posted on the site over 2021, and are backed up with an additional editorial process.
