This week we take a journey from the tip of the Antrim Coast, through the ancient landscapes of the east, and – meandering along the wild Atlantic fringes of the west – to the very tip of the emerald isle.
Along the way we pass dramatic sights, islands and highlands, historical buildings — and they don’t come much more historic than the 5,000-year-old Newgrange — snarling coastlines, gentle meadows, plus of course plenty of cask-conditioned craic.
