CELTIC superfan Jay Beatty has won Scotland’s goal of the month competition for January with 97 per cent of the vote.
The 11-year-old Armagh native - who has Down’s Syndrome - came onto the pitch during half time of Celtic’s 2-0 win against Hamilton at New Douglas Park to score a goal in front of the visiting fans.
Jay’s love for his club became known worldwide at the end of last season, when a video of him and Georgios Samaras on Celtic’s league-winning lap of honour went viral, achieving over two million YouTube hits.
The video has become the fifth most watched in the history of SPFL's YouTube channel.
