RTÉ PUNDIT Eamon Dunphy called Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal a "bullshi**er" live on air on Wednesday night.
The former Ireland international had already labelled the Dutchman a “spoofer” on RTÉ 2fm’s Game On radio show earlier in the week, and he reiterated his view on national television following United’s 4-0 win over Club Brugge.
“Somehow I think we’re going to get a lot of fun out of him, I think he’s a total spoofer,” Dunphy repeated during RTÉ’s post-match Champions League coverage.
And when asked by presenter Darragh Maloney to explain what he meant, Dunphy replied: “He’s a "bullshi**er” and smiled mischievously.
It’s the second time in just over a year that Dunphy has been guilty of swearing live on RTÉ, although he soon apologised for his mishap during last summer’s World Cup.
