THE GAA have slapped €7,500 fines upon Kerry and Donegal following a mass brawl between the sides in their Allianz National Football League clash at the weekend.
The Central Competitions Controls Committee has also imposed a one-match ban on Donegal’s Neil McGee, who is now likely to miss his county’s game against Roscommon.
TV replays appeared to portray the full-back as the instigator in an altercation with Kerry forward Alan Fitzgerald, who was sent off for his involvement in the ruckus.
Donegal’s Leo McLoone was also sent off, while Kingdom pair Shane Enright and Denis Daly received black cards. Watch the drama unfold in the video below.
