Ulster make nine changes for Bulls test

Ulster head coach Richie Murphy has made nine changes for the clash against the Vodacom Bulls in the United Rugby Championship on Saturday.

The former Ireland underage coach has selected a back three of Mike Lowry, Werner Kok, and Jacob Stockdale. Stewart Moore and Ben Carson start in midfield.

The halfback pairing consists of Aidan Morgan and Nathan Doak.

Andrew Warwick, James McCormick, and Corrie Barrett start in the front row. Ian Henderson (captain) and Charlie Irvine form the second-row partnership. The team is rounded out by a back row of James McNabney, Sean Reffell, and David McCann.

Two replacements, hooker Tadgh McElroy and development fly-half James Humphreys, are also in line to make their debuts for Ulster's senior side.

Eric O’Sullivan, Tom O'Toole, Alan O’Connor, and Nick Timoney provide the forward options from the bench, while Dave Shanahan and Ben Moxham cover the backs.

The game takes place at Loftus Versfeld Stadium and will be broadcast live on Premier Sports at 3 p.m.
