Tyson Fury reveals brutal workout regime ahead of Deontay Wilder fight

TYSON FURY has come a long way in a very short amount of time.

In the space of just 10 months, the self-appointed 'Gypsy King' has lost an astonishing eight stone or 122 Ibs and counting and now looks back to his very best.

Fury has now offered up further evidence of his impressive turnaround via Instagram with a video filmed during one of the 6ft 9in star's gruelling training sessions.

Having breezed through his most recent fight against Francesco Pianeta, Fury is currently busy in the gym preparing for a much-anticipated bout with Deontay Wilder.

With Wilder's WBC title on the line, the Furious One used the clip to send a clear message to his American rival: he's coming for him.

In the footage, Fury can be seen making light work of some decidedly heavy-looking weights.

Having completed a series of bent-over rows on the weights, Fury quickly follows his impressive display of strength up with eight push-ups.

The 30-year-old even captioned the post with a message aimed squarely at Wilder, who he even namechecks in the process: "Coming for you @bronzebomber - you bum."

Due to face-off this November, the winner of the bout will most likely face Anthony Joshua in a title unification bout.

Joshua has already lent his support to Fury, who he is hoping to fight next April at Wembley, provided Joshua sees off Alexander Povetkin in his upcoming fight.

"Fury's flying overseas to keep that name afloat. I'm defending my titles here to keep that name afloat," he told Talksport.

"Hopefully we bring the belts back- well, Fury brings the belt back and we have a massive showdown in April."
