WE ARE now rapidly approaching kick-off time for Wednesday night's game against Serbia, and training is heating up.
The FAI has been sharing videos from within the training camp, showing the boys in green being put through their paces ahead of the big match.
The lads all look in good spirits ahead of the opening World Cup qualification games against Serbia and Luxembourg.
Highlights from the training ground include Aaron Connolly nutmegging Troy Parrott (much to the delight of captain Seamus Coleman!), and a gorgeous finish from Alan Browne.

A longer video, which shows some of the drills that the players have been going through was posted on the FAI's YouTube page.

In some other optimistic news, the entire squad tested negative for Covid-19 in the latest round of testing.
This is much-needed good news after some of the injury issues that occurred over the weekend.
Footage released from the camp on Monday also gave us a smile, when Seamus Coleman met youngster Gavin Bazunu for the first time. You love to see it...
