TIR Chonaill Gaels will take on Corofin in the All-Ireland Club SCFC quarter-final at Ruislip on Sunday December 14, it has been confirmed.
The London football champions can expect a stern test as they meet the Galway and Connacht champions, who won comfortably against Mayo’s Ballintubber in their provincial final last weekend.
Throw in at the Emerald Ground is set for 1pm.
The winners of the showdown will advance to an All-Ireland semi-final clash next February.
There they will meet the Leinster champions, who will be either St Vincent's (Dublin) or Rhode (Offaly).
Meanwhile this Saturday All-Ireland action comes to Páirc na hÉireann in Birmingham as John Mitchels face the Aran Islands in the Junior Football Championship quarter-final.
Throw-in is confirmed for 1.30pm for the eagerly-awaited contest between the champions of Britain and Connacht.
Liverpool-based John Mitchels defeated North London Shamrocks earlier this month for their spot in the All-Ireland competition.
