This comes days after Limerick's 2-17 to 0-22 loss to Cork at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Speaking after the loss Kiely said: “It was a very tight game. We turned over a lot of ball in the second half that we wouldn’t turn over. We’d be disappointed with that
Limerick's next game in the Allianz Hurling league will be against Clare at the TUS Gaelic Grounds.
The Limerick gaffer added: “We don’t have long to dwell on it either because there’s another really tough game coming next weekend.”
That game takes place at 19:00 this coming Saturday.
