The KPMG Women’s Irish Open has been moved to a new date in 2023. The women's event will now run from August 31 to September 3.
The new date will take place a week before men's open at the K Club.
24,000 people attended the event at Dromland Castle after the return from its 10-year hiatus.
It will now return to the same venue next year, albeit at a later date.
The prize money for the event is a €400,000 prize fund.

Ireland's Leona Maguire missed out on a playoff by a single shot. The Cavan woman ended her 2022 Irish Open with 68 (-4) in fourth place.
Czech Republic native Klara Spilková took home last years title.

Next January tickets for the 2023 KPMG Women’s Irish Open will go on sale.
