Liverpool manager Arne Slot has praised Ireland's Caoimhín Kelleher for his display against Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon.
Kelleher stepped in for the injured Alisson Becker and made seven saves in the 3-0 win over André Iraola's Bournemouth.
The victory means Liverpool have now won five of their first six games. There have been several standout performers since Slot's arrival at Anfield, but the Dutchman gave special praise to Cork native Kelleher for his performance in goal.
"Yeah, but not only two goalkeepers, but also two good left wingers, two good right wingers, and two good strikers," said Slot when asked about the qualities of both Alisson and Kelleher.

"That's what you saw today. I just mentioned Cody [Gakpo], how good he was in San Siro, and how good Lucho [Diaz] was now—aand it's the same with the goalkeepers.
"We needed our goalkeeper today more than in all the other matches we played before because, like I just said, Bournemouth created more chances than I'm used to seeing from teams in our first six games of the season.
"But it was great to have Caoimhín today because he made some really good saves. Alisson has made great saves in previous games too, but he hasn't had to make as many as Caoimhín did today."
Liverpool's next game is at home to West Ham in the Carabao Cup this week.
