For the second game in a row, the Ireland Women's Under-19s secured a victory over Wales in Collier Park, Wrexham with the scoreline ending 6-0 in their favour.
Earlier in the week, the Girls in Greem recorded a 7-0 triumph over the same opponent and they displayed the same attacking class in this game. The goals came from Ceola Bergin (3), Kate Parsons, Eve Dossen and Rola Olusola as Dave Connell's team showed that they are getting sharper with their finishing. Even though Wexford Youths ace Bergin scored a hat-trick - again showing her ability in front of goal - this was very much a team effort. From the goalkeeper through the spine of the line-up up to the forwards, they worked hard for each other and played as a unit.RESULT | 🇮🇪 6-0 🏴

Connell, and his staff, are working to shape this squad into one that can qualify for next summer's UEFA European Championships. Finding belief within themselves is a huge part of that and this victory will help with that pursuit.
For this game, Ireland changed their line-up to ensure that every player has been given equal opportunity and that is important as they move forward towards their EURO qualifiers next month.
