Graham Rowntree's side welcome the English side to Thomond Park for a 3.15pm kick off.
Nine changes and one role change has been made by the Munster boss ahead of the game.
Joey Carbery, Craig Casey, Jack Crowley, Antoine Frisch and Calvin Nash all start in the backline.
