Graham Rowntree has made five changes for the Champions Cup game against Cell C Sharks this Saturday.
RG Snyman makes his first start for Munster since his debut in August 2020. He starts in the second row alongside Jean Kleyn.
Peter O'Mahony captains the side from the back row and is joined by John Hodnett and Gavin Coombes.
The front eight is completed by Dave Kilcoyne, Niall Scannell, and Roman Salanoa.
Rowntree has also gone with a back three of Mike Haley, Calvin Nash, and Shane Daly.
Munster's midfield consists of Antoine Frisch and Malakai Fekitoa.

Jack Crowley and Craig Casey start as the province's half-backs.
Conor Murray is among the replacements, as is Joey Carbery.
Paddy Patterson sustained a knee injury at training and was unavailable for selection.
