Irish fans having fun with Croatian fans in France
WITH the recent clashes between English and Russian fans in the EURO 2016, it was up to the Irish to show that football fan culture doesn't have to be bad news.
The day before Ireland's first match of the competition against Sweden last Monday, June 13, Irish fans were seen having the craic with Croatian fans.
In one of short clips posted on YouTube, Irish fans were recorded with Croatian fans jumping up and down, and chanting 'Olé, olé, olé' in the fan zone together.
Ireland's next match is on Saturday, June 18, when we take on Belguim.
