YOU MAY already be familiar with the name Evan Ferguson.
He made headlines in Ireland and across Europe when he made an appearance for Bohs' senior team at the age of 14. Yes, 14.
Some said he was destined for greatness as a result, while others claimed it was dangerous and foolish to play him against fully grown men when he was still just a boy.
But it doesn't seem to have bothered him.
A number of English clubs were in for the young man, and it was Brighton that got the deal over the line, seeing Ferguson follow in the footsteps of a number of other talented Irish youngsters, including Aaron Connolly and Jayson Molumby, Leigh Kavanagh and Warren O'Hora.
And it is certainly going quite well for him.
At just 16 years of age, he is now Brighton's under 23 side's first choice striker, and he scored a lovely brace against Liverpool at the weekend.

Two gorgeous finishes from the young man.

Brighton really suffer from not having a proper goalscorer in their side, and Ferguson might be the answer to their problems in the long term if he fancies sticking around.
Here's hoping he has a long and successful career ahead of him.
