The Irish team lost 27-20 in the first test in Pretoria last weekend and will now be looking to end the series with a win.
Here's a reminder for the team to take on the world champions:
Jamie Osborne started the first test at fullback, and Farrell has decided once again to select him there. He joins Calvin Nash and James Lowe in the back three.
Garry Ringrose comes into the side to partner Robbie Henshaw. Craig Casey has been sent home for HIA reasons, so Conor Murray will start as scrumhalf. Jack Crowley completes the backline at the outhalf.
Andrew Porter, Rónan Kelleher, and Tadhg Furlong make up the Irish front row. Joe McCarthy and James Ryan are the Irish locks. The side is completed by Caelan Doris, the captain, Josh van der Flier, and Tadhg Beirne.
