LONDON have been handed the toughest possible route to the Connacht Senior Football Championship final in 2016.
As planned, the 2013 finalists will host defending champions Mayo in Ruislip next year on May 29, subject to confirmation from Connacht GAA, but Galway now await the winners in the semi-final.
London GAA have confirmed to The Irish Post that the Mayo meeting will still take place in the English capital, contrary to some reports in the Irish media.
Meanwhile, Roscommon will travel to New York in the preliminary round, with the winners advancing to the other quarter-finals to play Leitrim.
Along with Galway, Sligo will be waiting in the semi-finals on the opposite side of the draw.
London are yet to appoint a successor to former boss Paul Coggins, who stood down after five years last month, but it is understood they have narrowed the number of candidates down to two, with a decision expected next month.
