FORMER Ulster rugby star Stuart Olding has joined a second-tier French club two months after being found not guilty at a Belfast rape trial.
Olding has joined Brive on a two-year deal.
There he will join a familiar face in the form of incoming head coach Jeremy Davidson, a former Ulster and Ireland player.
The 24-year-old's contract was revoked by Ulster and the Irish Rugby Football Union last month after he was acquitted of rape charges in March, alongside team-mate Paddy Jackson.
The French club confirmed the transfer on their website earlier today.

Paddy Jackson is still without a club, although rumours suggest he will follow Olding to France.
