STUART McCLOSKEY and Josh van der Flier will make their debuts for Ireland against England on Saturday after being named in Joe Schmidt’s starting XV.
Ulster's 23-year-old centre McCloskey gets the nod after Jared Payne failed to recover from a hamstring injury while Van der Flier comes in for the injured Sean O'Brien.
Big, powerful, brave, fast – McCloskey is a bit of a late bloomer, while 22-year-old flanker Josh van der Flier has made a name for himself at Leinster this season and is seen as a future star of Irish rugby.
