Holders Athlone Town will take on Treaty United in the quarterfinals -Finals of the 2024 Sports Direct Women's FAI Cup.
After receiving a bye into the final eight of the competition, Athlone Town will now travel to Markets Field after being drawn against Treaty United, who overcame Ferns United in the Second Round.
Last year's runners-up, Shelbourne, will engage in a Dublin derby with Shamrock Rovers, who beat Wexford in a thrilling penalty shoot-out, while DLR Waves will come up against Sligo Rovers.

Bohemians' reward for knocking out Peamount United is a trip to Turner's Cross to face 2017 winners Cork City.
