The meeting between Shelbourne and Cork City at Tolka Park will take place on Saturday, September 21st, with kick-off set for 14:00.
The second semi-final will see Sligo Rovers host Athlone Town at The Showgrounds on Sunday, September 22nd, at 15:00.
