Republic of Ireland under 17 international goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher has signed for Liverpool.
Kelleher is the latest graduate of renowned Cork club Ringmahon Rangers, who have also recently helped to develop Preston North End’s Alan Browne and Cambridge United’s Gearoid Morrissey.
Glasgow Celtic Development squad also currently features Kelleher’s brother, Fiarce – another footballer to come through Ringmahon Rangers’ production line.
Tom Mohan’s Irish under 17 side will compete in the UEFA European Championships in Bulgaria next month, but Liverpool have moved swiftly to sign Kelleher ahead of that tournament.
