CONOR McGregor rubbed shoulders with sporting royalty early last week when he received a visit from Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
Real Madrid ace Ronaldo, who was on holidays in Las Vegas, stopped by McGregor's training base to meet the Irishman and his team.
McGregor posted the footage of the meeting on his new media website The Mac Life to give fans an intimate look into the day to day life of 'The Notorious'.
That sent social media into a frenzy, with the new website unable to cope with the influx of traffic, crashing moments after the announcement.
However, the site was back up before long, and among the lines of discussion in the video are how McGregor was feeling ahead of his re-match with Nate Diaz on August 20, before matters moved onto money.
The Forbes rich list was released recently with Ronaldo top of the list on $88m in earnings over the past 12 months, while McGregor was in a lowly 85th place, but the Dubliner wasn't long letting him know he was coming for the number one spot.
Meanwhile, McGregor has sent a message to his UFC 202 opponent Diaz after crashing a US talk show appearance.
McGregor and Diaz squared off last March at UFC 196 when Diaz beat the Irish fighter in one of the shock results of the sporting calendar.
McGregor asked for a re-match, got it, and now he says he's out for revenge, delivering this message to Diaz as the Californian fighter was in the middle of an interview with US talk show host Conan O'Brien.
