THIS WOULD be an interesting chat to say the least.
Joe Rogan is the man behind the biggest podcast in the world. On top of that, he is one of the leading voices in the world of MMA.
Add those two things together and it becomes quite odd that Conor McGregor, perhaps the biggest MMA figher of all time, has not appeared on the show as a guest - especially given the fact that Rogan's show has produced hundreds of episodes.
But finally, this may be about to change.
Answering questions on his Twitter page recently, the Dublin fighter was asked if he was interested in going on the show.
He said: "I’d love to! I feel at some stage we should! I’ve a lot of respect for Joe. He shouted me out before anyone else in the UFC also. Before I had signed with the company."
Rogan's podcasts tend to become completely derailed, and can often go on for well over two hours, which would be an interview setting that we have never seen McGregor in.
Plus, there is also the chance that some intoxicants could be consumed on the show, like what happened to Elon Musk a couple of years ago, which could prove to be extremely chaotic.
McGregor's coach John Kavanagh did appear on the show after the loss to Khabib in 2018.
This tweet came after McGregor claimed that he is considering purchasing shares in Celtic Football Club.
