GALWAY's Cianan Fahy, Clare's Peter Duggan, Rory Hayes will be allowed to play in their All-Ireland SHC quarterfinals against Wexford and Cork on Saturday next week.
The players did not accept proposed suspensions handed down by the GAA's Central Competitions Controls Committee (CCCC) and have now been given all clear to play by a Central Hearings Committee (CHC) on Wendsday evening.
Duggan and Hayes' incidents meant both were looking at a one-match ban after the Munster final against their neighbours Limerick. The pair appeared before the CHC, where the proposed ban was overturned.

The incidents were missed by the referees at the time, which led to an investigation by the CCCC.
It is also being reported that the three players were cleared based on a technicality, flagged by Galway GAA, which was that the meeting which proposed the suspensions was held online. Such a convening is not requiring of a meeting of the CCCC or any GAA sub-committee.
