YOUNG Celtic fan Jay Beatty was presented with Scotland’s Goal of the Month award at Celtic Park on Sunday.
The 11-year-old Armagh native - who has Down’s Syndrome – was cheered on by the crowds as he was given the award on the pitch at half-time by Celtic’s Charlie Mulgrew.
He celebrated in front of the Celtic fans as he collected his prize during the club's 4-0 win over Aberdeen.
Jay won 97% of the votes for his penalty at half-time during Celtic's victory over Hamilton earlier this year.
The Celtic superfan also ran into Ireland’s assistant manager Roy Keane at Sunday’s match.
