It was a night on which everything went right for Celtic. Fan favourite Shunsuke Nakamura scored an outrageous free-kick, and even bigger fan favourite Artur Boruc saved a penalty.
All the action came in a dramatic finale, with former Japan international Nakamura scoring the only goal of the game in the 80th minute, while Polish goalkeeper Boruc proved a last-minute hero by stopping Louis Saha’s spot-kick.
The result saw Celtic go through to the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Liverpool 0-2 Celtic, March 2003
Having drawn 1-1 in Celtic Park in the first leg, the odds were stacked against Celtic in the second leg of their tie with 2001 UEFA Cup winners Liverpool in Anfield.
But no one had read the script – Celtic were almost unstoppable in the tournament that year, knocking out Liverpool on their way to the final, where they were narrowly beaten by Jose Mourinho’s Porto.
One of the greatest nights on that run came at Anfield, where the Bhoys bossed the Premier League side from start to finish courtesy of an Alan Thompson free-kick and John Hartson screamer either side of half-time.
Blackburn 0-2 Celtic, November 2002
Martin O’Neill was building a fantastic team at Celtic and nights like Ewood Park in 2002 went a long way towards breaking down the barriers that saw them reach their first European final in 36 years the following season.
Against Blackburn, Chris Sutton scored against his old side with a towering header after Henrik Larsson capitalised on some poor defending to open up the scoring.
Leeds 0-1 Celtic, April 1970
The great Leeds side captained by Billy Bremner and managed by Don Revie is regarded as one of the best club sides not to have won a European Cup, and they can proportion some of the blame upon Celtic.
An ugly goal may have settled the first leg – a George Connelly shot which deflected off Jack Charlton – but perhaps Celtic, who had lifted the European Cup just three years earlier, had been underestimated.
Celtic manager Jock Stein said after the game: "They have laughed at our football long enough down here. I'm not talking about Leeds United or Don Revie, they have respect for us. I'm talking about the critics and commentators who have rarely given credit to Scottish football. Maybe tonight's result will stop them laughing."
Sure enough, Celtic won the second leg 2-1 and progressed to the final, where they were beaten 2-1 by Feyenoord of the Netherlands.
