CALLUM O DOWDA, the Bristol City winger has been called up to Portugal and Luxembourg games in the Republic of Ireland squad for the World Cup qualifiers.
It's the winger's first call up since March and O'Dowda will replace Cardiff City striker James Collins who misses out through injury.
O'Dowda has featured seven times for Bristol this season due several injury problems.
Ireland's last appearance came in a loss to the Welsh a year ago.
