WE CAN only imagine how much this meant to the man.
Football fans across Ireland were treated to yet another action packed night of League of Ireland on Monday.
Georgie Kelly may be the most chuffed man in Ireland after his hat-trick against his former club, which resulted in Bohs defeating Dundalk 5-1.

Unsurprisingly, he did look quite happy after the game...

Elsewhere in the league, Finn Harps continued their strong run of form, thanks to an incredible goal scored by Adam Foley.

The pace...
But perhaps the biggest surprise in the league is that Sligo Rovers are top, after 13 matches played.
Liam Buckley's side beat Shamrock Rovers on Monday night, leapfrogging them to the top of the table.
Having seen their 33-game unbeaten streak come to an end against Dundalk, Rovers suffered their first home defeat since June 2019
Speaking after the game, Buckley said: "It was important we did keep going until the end because Shamrock Rovers scored a late goal up in Sligo to draw with us.
"Rovers have had a history of winning games in the last five or 10 minutes. We put in a serious shift and I'm delighted for the group."
Now all we need is for fans to be allowed return to the grounds and we have the #GreatestLeagueInTheWorld back good and proper.
