MONKSTOWN, Co. Dublin is home to many spectacular homes – and this one is no different.
A beautiful coastal town far enough away from the city centre for some peace and quiet but near enough for an easy commute, it has been a favourite of the rich and famous for many years.
And now, RTÉ star Ryan Tubridy, best known for presenting The Late Late Show and filling in for Graham Norton on Jonathan Ross on BBC Radio, has decided to downsize.
He snapped up this imposing Victorian home just two years ago for £832,000 (€1.15m) and it is now back on the market for £923,000 approx.
The four-bedroom home is spectacular, with original Victorian features.
The high ceilings and beautiful bay and sash windows throughout, the house is light, spacious and airy.
But while keeping all of the features that make a Victorian home so endearing, the house is also refurbished to a high standard inside.
The newly-fitted kitchen and living room are complemented by traditional features like the ornate coving around the ceiling, hardwood floors and stunning stained glass windows.
Antique with a modern twist, the kitchen also has its own side entrance leading to the back garden of the house.
Outdoors, there is a private walled garden to the rear and a railed garden to the front with granite steps leading to the entrance.
