IF you are a big fan of cheesy Irish pop music, and have €1.3million to spare, this could be just the house for you.
Boyzone star Keith Duffy is moving on from this impressive home in Roganstown, Dublin. The best part of this is we get to have a look inside and see how the other half live.
Keith and his wife Lisa, along with their teenage children Jay and Mia, have been in the house for 11 years. Situated near a Christy O’Connor-designed golf course (the house in fact backs on to the third hole of the course), the house is on an acre of land in the development.
The interior is well finished – each room is well looked after. The kitchen is bright and modern and the conservatory is spacious, while the sitting room has a beautiful white fireplace as the focus piece.
The selling point for this home though has to be its outdoors. The acre of land is well tended and there is plenty of room for children to play, or even summer garden parties.
Surrounded by mature trees, the pristine lawns are the perfect addition to an already stellar family home.
Keith also managed to install a mini bachelor pad in the garage – though he joked that his teenage son Jay took it over with his friends as soon as it was finished.
Inside the garage is “Duffy’s Bar”, which can of course be renamed should you purchase the house, along with room for a pool table and wall decorations including signed jerseys from Ronaldo and Tevez.
At €1.3m, this house is probably on the upper end of the scale but the much-loved home will soon be ready to take on its next family.
