IF THERE'S one thing Ireland is known for, it's unpredictable weather.
The climate we've been blessed with is notoriously hot and then cold, but anyone living in Ireland can attest to that when its good its good and when its bad, it's woeful.
Today's weather started out very warm and bright but with sunny showers and it looks the rainy spells are set to continue.
According to Met Éireann, the showers are set to continue this evening with potentially some thunder.
We're told the showers should stop later this evening but both mist and fog will return to many places in the calm conditions. Temperatures will drop to lows of 3 to 6 degrees.
The downpours and fog this evening will thankfully clear up tomorrow for a sunny Sunday morning. It's predicted the sun will stay out for most of the day, but showers are set to develop by the late afternoon time.
Temperatures will remain highs at 11 to 14 degrees.
For Sunday evening, the showers will leave once more and it should be a dry night.
Needless to say, keep an eye on that washing on the line!
