Mass thunderstorms have been predicted as part of a status orange warning set for Friday.
Met Éireann issued another weather warning at 12 pm today.
The status orange weather warning is valid from 12 pm on 8th June until 11 pm tonight.
There's set to be widespread thunderstorms in the counties of Laois, Longford, Offaly, Westmeath, Meath, Cavan, Monaghan, Clare, Limerick and Tipperary.
The warning also predicted bouts of frequent lightning in Connacht this afternoon and evening.
The thunder and lightning will be accompanied by large amounts of rainfall in a short period of time with spot flooding forecasted also.
