TWO people have been arrested following the fatal shooting of Hugh Doherty and stabbing of one woman in Essex.
Hugh Doherty, 45, was shot in the chest at 9.45pm on Sunday night, April 16 at a halting site in Cranfield Park Avenue, Pickford.

Officers from Essex Police arrested a 27-year-old man on suspicion of murder and a 25-year-old woman on suspicion of attempted murder on Tuesday, April 18.
The pair were stopped and arrested by officers at around 4pm on the A12 and remain in police custody.
