A 19-YEAR-OLD has reportedly been killed in an early morning car accident which occurred on a west of Ireland road.
The young man, who has yet to be named, was involved in a single vehicle collision at around 2am this morning on the Williamstown to Castlerea road in Galway, the Irish Independent reports.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body has since been removed to the morgue at University Hospital Galway.
The road is currently closed so that a forensic examination can take place.
