Singing parrot wows wildlife park visitors with pitch-perfect Beyonce impression

A SINGING parrot has become an overnight social media sensation after a clip of the bird belting out Beyonce’s If I Were A Boy went viral.

Footage of Chico performing for visitors at Lincolnshire Wildlife Park was shared on the animal sanctuary’s social media channels late last week.

It’s been whipping up a storm ever since, with fans left stunned by the beautiful bird’s pitch-perfect vocals.

In the clip, Chico can be heard singing the opening lines of the Destiny’s Child star’s signature 2008 hit.

The parrot’s impressive vocals have been well received online, with one fan suggesting the bird’s version of the song is actually better than Beyonce’s.

"Sounds better than Beyoncé'," they wrote, in a comment that drew little in the way of a response.

Others meanwhile, simply wanted to hear more songs from Chico.

The good news, according to her previous owner, is that this isn’t the only track in this eye-catching bird’s repertoire.

He can also sing Poker Face by Lady Gaga, Crazy by Gnarls Barkley and the Katy Perry hit Firework.

In fact, Chico loves nothing more than to while away the hours with a song or too – maybe someone could teach him something by The Cranberries?

Lincolnshire Wildlife Park could be set for a major uptick in visitors off the back of the prized parrot's efforts.

With many fans already planning a visit to see the star attraction in action, this could be the start of something beautiful.

Beyonce has yet to respond to the footage of the pitch-perfect parrot.
