THE SCRIPT have announced plans for a free Dublin concert for healthcare workers across Ireland.
Frontline HSE and NHS workers along with Primary Care workers across Ireland will be eligible to receive tickets for the show, which will take place at Dublin's 3Arena on February 9, 2021.
"We've always been huge supporters of those working on the frontline of our health care. They make sacrifices day in and day out, working harder than anyone. Not only to make sure we have access to resources in order for us to continue to live happy and healthy lives, but to also help us and our loved ones through some of the hardest points in our lives," the band said.
"The very least for us to do in order to give back to their amazing sacrifices during this pandemic is getting to put on a free show for 13,000 HSE and NHS staff at the 3Arena in Dublin. We can't thank them enough for their continued service to everyone, much more now than ever."
Applications for tickets are limited to eligible frontline staff only with the option of a single guest and anyone applying must provide valid staff ID.
Ticket checks will be in operation.
All tickets issued will carry the name of the person making the original booking.
This name must match the one on the ID card submitted otherwise entry will be refused. Any guest attending alongside the eligible healthcare worker will need to be present and enter 3Arena at the same time.
Tickets will be limited to 2 per person - one eligible HSE/NHS, Primary Care and one guest - and will be made available online this coming Tuesday, April 7 at 7pm.
