OVER of the biggest St Patrick’s Day parades in America took place this afternoon in Chicago.
The festivities kicked off with the dying of the city’s river this morning, before Grand Marshal, Chicago Alderman Patrick O’Connor, got the parade under way.
Guest of Honour was Justice Anne Burke, founder of Chicago Special Olympics.
