TAOISEACH Enda Kenny is expected to discuss the stalled wind energy deal between Ireland and Britain with Prime Minister David Cameron in London today.
Britain had agreed to purchase substantial quantities of wind generated power but now appear to have backed out on the deal.
Mr Kenny will want to find out why this has happened and to see if the deal can be rescued and put back on track.
The two leaders will also review visa arrangements that allow Asian visitors to travel between Ireland and Britain on a shared visa arrangement.
It is also expected that Northern Ireland politics will feature in the discussions.
Today marks the second day of the Taoiseach's two-day visit to Britain.
Mr Kenny was in Manchester yesterday where he officially opened the Irish World Heritage Centre and pledged further financial support from the Irish Government as the Centre enters phase two of its development.
