PRESIDENT MICHAEL D Higgins and his wife Sabina have tested positive for Covid-19, Áras an Úachtaráin has said.
In a brief statement issued this morning, it was announced that they displayed mild symptoms of the virus this morning which were then confirmed by positive antigen tests.
They will be isolating for the next seven days
While isolating, the President will continue to work from home.
