POLICE are appealing for the public’s help to locate a man who has been missing from Manchester for nearly a week.

Patrick Clancy, of St Stephen Street in Salford, was last seen in the early hours of Wednesday, July 1 on Camp Street in Lower Broughton.

At the time the 53-year-old, who is roughly 5ft 7in, was wearing a blue t-shirt, green cargo shorts and no shoes.

He also has a cast on his arm.

Greater Manchester Police officers believe Mr Clancy, who may have Irish roots or be known among the community, could have travelled to the Mold area of North Wales.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call the police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
