OSAMA BIN Laden’s son, Hamza Bin Laden, has died.
According to US intelligence officials, the son of the al-Qaida founder has passed away.
Details surrounding Hamza Bin Laden’s death remain vague.
NBC Security Correspondent Courtney Kube, who broke the story, said the cause of death remains unclear.
"What's particularly interesting about this, we don't know a lot of detail about how, where or when he died,” she said.
"In fact, US officials I have spoken with are not even saying with full confidence that they have any kind of evidence that he is dead, but the intelligence is now suggesting that there is intelligence that he is dead.
"We just don't know if the US played any kind of a role in it."

Asked by reporters about Hamza's reported dead, President Donald Trump said: "I don't want to comment on that."
Viewed as a potential successor to the deceased al-Qaida leader and mastermind behind the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Hamza was the 15th of Bin Laden’s 56 children by 22 wives.
2,977 people were killed in the attack, including Ruth and Juliana McCourt, an Irish mother and daughter who were on their way to dream holiday at Disneyland when their plane was hijacked and deliberately flown into the South Tower.
