ONE LUCKY Leitrim Lotto player is going to be a lot happier following this weekend.
In Ireland's Only Raffle, one Lotto player has won a €1 million prize.
According to The Irish Mirror, the ticket was bought at a Londis in Carrick-On-Shannon, with the National Lottery urging all players in the EuroMillions draw or those who bought a ticket recently to check their tickets.
Owner of the Londis whom sold the winning ticket, Kevin Kennedy expressed delight and shock about the huge win.
"I’m not sure who the millionaire is as we get a lot of passing trade as Carrick is a big party town at the weekend.
"As the Quick Pick ticket was sold yesterday, it really could be anyone!"
