A man was found dead after a fire in west Cork.
Emergency services were alerted to a property in Shanagh, Dunmanway in West Cork at 10.30am on October 14.
The house was found ablaze with the victim, a man in his 40s, trapped inside.
Gardaí sealed off the scene for a technical examination and at time of writing there is no evidence to say the incident was foul play.
