IRISH SINGER-SONGWRITER Niall Horan has caused a bit of a Twitter storm for an exasperated reply he sent to US President Donald Trump.
Like the rest of the world, Niall has been complying with lockdown measures while in his London home, and the frustrations are beginning to show.
The US president tweeted on 25 April that "the Cure can't be worse than the problem itself," referring to the economy being badly hit by coronavirus measures which has seen over 20 million American workers applying for unemployment benefits.
Mr Trump has been encouraging lockdown restrictions to be lifted across the States, recently tweeting for multiple states to be 'LIBERATED' from the coronavirus measures.
"Be careful, be safe, use common sense", he added in Saturday's tweet.
The former One Direction star, who is from Mullingar in County Westmeath, then replied saying "Wish you would use common sense before you open your mouth".
Wish you would use common sense before you open your mouth.

Niall's tweet sparked tens of thousands of replies, over 17 thousand retweets, 71 thousand likes-- and, as it's the internet, fighting.
But there were also plenty of memes, with many jokingly suggesting Niall himself should run for the presidency.
The Slow Hands singer was due to be touring the United States this April-- and was in fact supposed to be performing in Washington DC today, but the tour has been suspending due to the restrictions imposed across much of the world.
We reckon Mr Trump wouldn't exactly be welcoming Niall to Washington DC with open arms after this.
