Gardaí have seized the offending motor.
One driver was caught with a fraudulent licence aswell as no tax and insurance earlier today.
Gardaí officers working at the scene reported that the driver was only stopped for the same offences two weeks ago.
The motorcyclist is due for another appearance in court following the incident.
