POLICE in Ireland are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a man who was last seen the day he returned from Britain.
Michael Sheridan had returned to the Ferefad area of Longford on 21 July.
It's understood Michael had been working in England and returned home the day he went missing. (Source: An Garda Síochána)It's understood he had been working in England for a time before his return.
The 36 year old man is described as being 5ft 10in to 5ft 11in, average build with short greying hair.
When he was last seen he was wearing grey/green jeans, navy/blue top and Adidas runners.
A spokesman for An Garda Síochána has said that Gardaí and the Irish Defence Forces are currently searching the Longford area.
